WHAT IF I NEED A DAY/TIME THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

If you're not seeing the date/time available on our calendar, it could be for a couple of reasons. 

1. Due to COVID we are only opening our calendar one (1) month at a time to eliminate the need to cancel appointments. The next month's calendar opens on the 15th of every month.

2. The date/time you desire is outside of our normal working hours.

For either occurrence, please send an email to hello@dlerey.com or text (510) 590-6659 and we will try to work with you on finding a day and time that works for both parties.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

no. You have the option to not pay upfront or paying in full at the time of booking unless you’re booking a bridal glam or bridal party Glam. Bridal/party glams require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. a credit card is required and saved when booking any appointment.

Why do you need a picture of my id?

a picture/copy of your id is required when booking to make sure you are who you say you are. Your id name needs to match the name you’re booking with. as a legal entity, if anything were to occur that requires legality we would need factual information to protect you, as well as this business.

you do have the option of redacting your address and/or dl/id number. however, your photo and legal name must be visible.

your photo id will not be used for any other purposes than stated above.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you should need to cancel, please do so at least 48-hours in advance. Please remember your credit card will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service if you cancel less than 48-hours. If you no-show, no-call YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT 100% and YOU will be placed on our "Can Not Book" list. THIS INCLUDES NOT PROVIDING THE LOCATION AT LEAST 12 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT.

By booking with DLé Rey Makeup Services you automatically understand and accept this policy.
We do understand that things happen, please notify us of any emergencies as soon as possible.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES DLÉ REY MAKEUP SERVICES ACCEPT?

We accept pretty much any method of payment except check. our boosquare to accept payments but we also accept cash, tap to pay, Zelle, Venmo, or your DLé Rey Gift Certificate.

If appointment is not paid for within 24-hours after your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged with a 10% gratuity added.

REFUNDS.

BECAUSE THIS IS A SELF-BOOKING SYSTEM, THERE MAY BE TIMES YOU PAY IN FULL FOR THE WRONG SERVICE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ADD CLUSTER LASHES AND THEN PAY IN FULL BUT WE GET TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOU’D RATHER HAVE A STRIP LASH. I WILL REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE TO THE ORIGINAL form of PAYMENT.

for appointments that have not been paid in full, i will subtract from the total amount owed at the end of your service.

Please note that refunds are processed by dlé rey makeup services immediately but can take from 2-7 business days to show back onto your account.

ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?

Yes, with advance notice DLé Rey Makeup Services is willing to travel. Please email hello@dlerey.com to discuss pricing and arrangements.

Do you offer gift certificates or packages ?

Yes, we do. You are welcomed to purchase gift certificates and/or packages on the booking page or by emailing hello@dlerey.com.
